My Client, a leader in the Legal Sector with an enviable client portfolio have an opportunity for a IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective first and second line helpdesk assistance across a number of applications and hardware including laptops,g, equipment configuration, installing/ de-installing software and taking in part from time to time in ad-hoc projects with regards to the company's equipment will also be required of you.
The ideal candidate must possess detailed experience with Microsoft Office 2000 (2003), Outlook 2003 and have hardware knowledge of PC's, peripherals and Blackberry. Excellent time keeping and a team player is essential. Any experience with iManage or other document management systems and Legal industry experience is desirable.
